Even the Stars Praise Him
Glittering galaxies! That is how one news account described images being captured by the James Webb telescope. “No one was expecting anything like this,” said one scientist when the telescope was initially deployed. “Galaxies are exploding out of the woodwork.” It is exciting when science makes advances like this telescope, one that is so far advanced over the Hubble, which also provided incredible photographs of the universe for decades. What is more exciting is how often God surprises everyone with the extent, power, mystery, and beauty of His creation. A praise and worship song by Hillsong includes the words, “If the stars were made to worship, so will I…. if creation sings your praises, so will I.” Outshine the stars today in your worship of our glorious God, the Creator and Sustainer of the Universe!
